Torque 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

Torque warrants to the original purchaser that the Torque Pro ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). This 1-year limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

2. What Will Torque Do?

If the Product proves defective during the Warranty Period, Torque, at its sole option and discretion, will:

(a) Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; (b) Replace the Product with a new product.

Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Torque at support@torquevacuum.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect when seeking warranty service.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply to: (a) Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, stains, and dents; (b) Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) Damage caused by use with non-Torque products; (d) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (e) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Torque; (f) A product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Torque.

5. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

6. Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Torque be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use, related to this product or arising out of the breach of this warranty.
