Authority To Leave

Our parcels are booked with an Authority to Leave option by default. When you submit your order, you authorize the delivery driver to leave the parcel at the shipping address without requiring a signature.

Please note, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the package can be safely left at the delivery location.

If you are unsure about the security of the delivery location, we recommend sending your parcel to a PO Box, Parcel Collect, or Post Office for secure collection.

If you would like the parcel to require a signature upon delivery, please inform us at support@torquevacuum.com prior to dispatch so we can adjust the delivery preference accordingly.

 

Cancellation and Change of Address

As we strive to process all orders within 24 hours, we send fulfilment and shipping information to our warehouse immediately after your order is placed. This means orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

However, if you wish to make changes, such as modifying the shipping address or redirecting the package, you may request these changes within 12 hours of placing your order and before the order has been fulfilled.

Please note the following important details:

  • All modification requests within the 12-hour window must be approved by us before taking effect.
  • If your order has already been fulfilled within the 12-hour window, it cannot be modified.
  • If your order has left the warehouse, we cannot guarantee redirection or address changes, which may result in delays.

Any requests made after the order has been fulfilled or after the 12-hour window will be denied.

Courier Information

For most orders, final delivery will be made by your local courier. Depending on your location , below are the list of local couriers that are used. 

Once the package has been processed and scheduled for delivery by the local courier, your tracking number will update once it is handed over to the local courier and you will be able to track directly on their website by inputting your tracking number. 

United States & Canada:

Fulfilment Information

At TORQUE, we operate multiple fulfillment centers strategically located worldwide, including in the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. This global network allows us to efficiently deliver your orders with minimal delays.

We strive to process all orders within 24-hours of submission. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during high-demand and sale seasons.  All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Your order will be shipped from one of our fulfillment center with available inventory. In cases of high demand or low stock levels, we may fulfill your order from an alternate location to ensure prompt processing and delivery. Please note that this may result in your package being shipped from an international location.

We strive to provide accurate shipping timelines. However, please understand that factors such as customs clearance, international logistics, logistics processing delay or unforeseen delays may affect delivery times. Unexpected Delay Information

Australia - Regional Destination Delay - 10 Nov to 24 Nov 2024

Packages with LB tracking destined for regional locations and shipped between 10 November and 24 November may experience delays.

The delays are due to carrier availability during this period for regional destinations, which led to packages intended for Australia being rerouted through Singapore, resulting in longer-than-expected transit times.

Once the packages are transferred to Australia Post or Aramex (depending on your location), final delivery will be handled by them.

Canada - Ongoing Union Strike Canada Post - 27 November 2024

Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily cease sending items to Canada.
As a result, all postal services to and from Canada are suspended as of 27 November 2024. 

International items sent to Canada between 4–26 November will be held securely by Canada Post. However, tracking updates from Canada Post may not be available at this time.

Once services resume, Canada Post will process and deliver items as quickly as possible, but delays should be expected as they manage the backlog and stabilise operations.
